Marquette County Human Resources is responsible for providing the County with a comprehensive personnel program for all Marquette County employees.

Included in this program is the administration of employee recruitment and selection procedures, labor relations programs including contract negotiations, grievance adjudication and employee programs and records, acts as a resource for employee safety programs, wage and salary administration, employee development, employee benefits, Family and Medical Leave, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), staffing needs reviews, Employee Training Programs.
