County Ordinances
The Marquette County Board of Supervisors adopted the Code of Ordinances at their Annual Meeting on November 12, 2014. The effective date of the Code of Ordinances is November 21, 2014, following publication of the notice in the Marquette County Tribune.
This is the complete set of ordinances of Marquette County as all prior ordinances were repealed by the adoption of Resolution No. 59-2014 enacting the Code of Ordinances. Future amendments, additions and deletions to the ordinances will be published here to keep the online set of ordinances identical to the official Code of Ordinances book maintained in the Marquette County Clerk’s Office. Effective dates are noted for ordinances that have been added or amended since the original codification.
