§ 1.17 Destruction Pending Litigation
Chapter 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS, RECORDS, SALES TAX, AND UNCLAIMED FUNDS
No record may be destroyed that is potentially relevant to a matter for which litigation is
pending or is reasonably anticipated.
