Before you start:

-Consult your REHA invoice or application form for your total.

-Have your preferred method of payment ready:

                -Debit or Credit (2.39% Service Fee)

                -E Check ($1.50 Flat Fee)

REHA-Online Payments

Instructions:      

1. Under the Payment Type drop down select “REHA-license/fees”. 

2. Include your Business/Company Name 

3. Enter the Amount indicated on your invoice or application.

  1. For multiple licenses/fees (i.e. pool, restaurant, campground etc.) under the SAME company/business name, you may combine the total.
  2. For multiple licenses/fees under DIFFERENT companies/businesses, enter them oneat a time:
    • After entering the first Business/Company Name and Amount, click “Add item to cart” to add another. 
    • Continue this process until each business and their corresponding totals are listed. 
    • Doing so will provide you with an itemized receipt and will help us credit the correct account.

4. Enter your Cardholder Information and Payment Information

  1. The service fee for the payment method you selected will be added to your total before checkout. You DO NOT need to add it to your total.
  2. Payments submitted online are processed immediately.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for permits to arrive in the mail.
