Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC)
Marquette County’s Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC) Program is a service available at no charge to pregnant woman with/without risk factors who need additional support throughout pregnancy. This program is voluntary and confidential.
The PNCC Program can assist with
- finding a physician
- refer to WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) and other community resources.
- resources for food
- nutrition information
- baby supplies
- pregnancy and postpartum education
- breastfeeding advice and support
- newborn and childbirth information
- problem solving for social, financial, and transportation issues.
- referral to First Breath, a quit smoking program for pregnant woman.
A PNCC nurse will meet with you monthly during pregnancy and up to two months postpartum.
