Wisconsin statutes and administrative rules establish the cost of purchasing WisVote data. The price is $25 plus $5 per 1,000 voter records, rounded to the nearest 1,000. The minimum charge is $30 and the maximum cost is $12,500 (2.5 million or more voter records). Rather than first contacting Wisconsin Elections Commission staff or a municipal or county clerk, individuals can make any of six standard requests independently through the Badger Voters website. These include:

  • all statewide registered voters
  • all registered voters in a jurisdiction or district
  • voters from specific elections
  • absentees from a specific  election
  • absentee requests within a given date range

Passports

The Marquette County Clerk is a designated acceptance facility for obtaining a U.S. Passport. You will not receive your passport from us. Our role is to accept completed passport applications and fees for processing. Forms are available in
the office. Passports are accepted 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. week days, except holidays.

Processing times have changed significantly per the US Department of State. Routine service processing is now 4-6 weeks. Expedited can now take 2-3 weeks. There are certain requirements to expedite. Please see the US Department of State’s website for more information, as it does change often.

Expedited service is available for an additional $60 charge per the US Department of State.
