Outpatient Clinic Services
Marquette County Clinical Services is an outpatient behavioral health clinic certified by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to provide mental health and substance use services to children and adults. We focus on serving Marquette County residents who are uninsured or Medicaid recipients. Evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered services are provided for a broad range of behavioral health disorders, and include:
· Assessment
· Individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy
· Substance use counseling
· Psychiatric evaluation and medication management for individuals receiving other clinic services
· Medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorders
· Coordination of care

Intoxicated Driver Program (IDP)
The Intoxicated Driver Program offers an assessment and driver’s safety plan for individuals convicted of Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). The assessment takes approximately two hours and must be completed within the county of residency. An assessment fee of $250 is not covered by health insurance and must be paid in full before the assessment will be scheduled. Dependent upon assessment results, you may be referred to either an educational program or alcohol or drug treatment as part of the driver safety plan. Additional treatment services may be covered by your health insurance, however educational programs are not covered. Participation and completion of the program is reported to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)
CCS is a voluntary program that helps individuals of all ages live their best life by providing supports that address their unique needs related to mental health and substance use. CCS is intended to assist individuals who are in need of support beyond outpatient counseling to achieve their best possible level of functioning.
Community Support Program (CSP)
CSP is a voluntary program for adults living with a serious and persistent mental illness. CSP is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of professionals who work together to provide a broad range of services to meet an individual’s unique personal needs, reduce symptoms, and promote recovery.
Crisis Intervention
Crisis Intervention Services provides 24-hour emergency mental health and substance use telephone service and on-site crisis intervention. Crisis services include:
· 24-hour telephone services
· On-site response when determined necessary
· Walk-in crisis service at Marquette County Clinical Services during office hours
· Emergency inpatient psychiatric hospitalization when criteria are met
· Coordination and follow-up to connect individuals with ongoing services
